What is a fan convention?

A fan convention brings fans together to celebrate their favourite fandoms, meet special guests and enjoy panels, activities, or more.

What is a virtual convention?

A virtual convention brings the fan convention experience online, allowing fans to enjoy live panels, meet & greets, and other experiences from anywhere.

Who can attend?

Everyone is welcome! Anyone with a valid ticket can attend. Guests under 14 for the virtual con, or under 16, for the in-person event. must be accompanied by an adult.

What is included with my event ticket?

For virtual events, your ticket includes access to the panel or meet & greet you purchased. For in-person events, your ticket includes admission to the convention, with additional perks and experiences depending on the ticket selected.

Do I need an admission ticket to purchase extras?

Before buying extra tickets, it is mandatory to already own a general admission ticket. If you come to the convention with extra tickets without having bought a general admission, you will not be able to access the convention and no refunds will be made.

What are extras?

Extras are experiences purchased seperately from your event ticket, such as autographs, selfies, photo ops, meet & greets, and other special experiences.

Are tickets refundable?

Passes are not exchangeable nor refundable (except if the convention is cancelled). It is strictly forbidden to resell your pass without our consent and we reserve the right to cancel a pass if the Terms & Conditions are not respected. The pass won’t be refunded.
